Accessibility: Our home is on the 2nd floor. There is a set of exterior building stairs to our front door- 16 stairs with a hand rail.
Mindful Neighbors: This is a 2nd floor unit of a 3-unit complex. Neighboring noise may be heard from time to time.
Flight Path Note: The San Diego Airport flight path passes nearby; occasional airplane noise may be heard, but no flights between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am.
Safety First: Exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices are in place for your security.
Beach Ready: Complimentary beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys for your use.
Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 30, and all adult guests must be over 30, excluding families.

Departure Instructions:
As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
