Located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, this apartment is within walking distance to many of the restaurants, cocktail bars, nightclubs, theaters and shops that cluster around Downtown San Diego - There is music at night like any urban entertainment district. The SD Convention Center and Petco Park are minutes away.

BEDROOM AREA: Open layout throughout - Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Bedding is cleaned for every guest. There is (1) queen-sized bed for two people.

BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a Smart TV Plenty of seating in the living room with a large, comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is a 2nd Queen-sized bed and (1) sofa bed

Open the curtains of the bay window and watch people walking past on the street below. This loft apartment has an open layout and fills with natural light. It has high ceilings and eye-catching furnishings and artwork throughout.

OUR PET POLICY
You are welcome to bring your pet dog or cat. We do charge a simple $50/pet extra cleaning fee (Service Animals included). This cleaning fee is charged to give additional attention to the unit upon departure. This avoids any potential allergic reaction from the next guest(s). Your pet(s) are able to be walked around the block as needed. The fee can be paid upon Check-In. Thank you for your understanding.

--PET CARE NOTE: Please don't leave your pet (if it's a dog) unattended in the unit as this can cause a problem with excessive barking when owners are away. Thank you

Anniversary Weekend getaway, my husband and i have been coming to San Diego for years for mini vacations with our kids. This was the first time we stayed in the gas lamp district. Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable beds. We walked to everything both days, even walked to Litty Italy sunday night for dinner. It is a busier area, there is a club and couple bars across the street that were bumping music till 2am, but we didn't mind. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for Conventions & Pleasure

This property was perfect for attending a convention at the San Diego Convention Center, as it’s a safe 10 min. walk. The property is fantastic and I would definitely book it again for business or pleasure! One of the most unique, beautiful places I’ve stayed. Tons of great restaurants & entertainment in the area. You can also easily walk to the Stadium for ball games & concerts. Loved the clean, unique property! Highly recommend!

We were initially concerned about the area. Lots of closed businesses. The apartment itself was nice though. We felt safe once we were inside. Noise.. uh yep. Unit supplies ear plugs but I didn’t find them very helpful. The silicone ones I brought were better. Still needed a pillow over my ears to dull the sound of the music from bar below. The host was fantastic! Extremely communicative and accommodating.

The property is overall a great value for the price considering walking distance to the convention center, numerous restaurants and bars. Included parking is a great amenity as well. The sound from the restaurant below was hardly noticeable once you are in the bedroom.

Perfect for party goers

Pros: Amazing 15 ft tall ceilings and elegantly furnished. Easy 15 minute walk to convention center in the heart of the gas lamp district. Property manager very communicative with clear and thorough instructions. If you are here for a loud and crazy time this is the perfect place- 1 flight above 4 bars/lounges, each blasting their music to compete with each other. Even living in Manhattan NYC didn’t prepare me for this level of noise. Ear plugs and noise makers were not enough.

Comfortable stay, solid location.

The unit itself was large enough and was comfortable. The neighborhood itself isn’t the greatest but that’s the trade off staying downtown. Check in process was very easy, as was the parking.
