We really appreciated the location for our dogs to go to the beach daily. We enjoyed the espresso machine and the toiletries. The home itself was clean inside. The listing photos had a L shaped sectional but in actuality it was just one part of it which limited our seating for our family of 7. It appeared that the old furniture was discarded in the side yard which remained for the duration of our stay. Thankfully 3 of the 7 are still little guys so we squeezed on the three beds. The house itself had a noticeable odor that seemed like a possible gas leak. We immediately discussed with the host who was responsive in confirming that the house had previously been evaluated and assured it was not a gas leak. However, the fact that the host was aware of the odor prior to our trip and made no effort to remediate it before or during our stay is poor representation of the quality of the property at the price we paid. A quick google search indicated that the likely cause could be a sewage leak/backup issue. The house structurally has seen better days. As a host myself I felt that the property was misrepresented and I would not be comfortable listing this for anywhere near what we paid for it.
