This charming 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom apartment is located in a quiet area of Pacific Beach. It is a 4-minute walk to the sand and a 7-minute walk to the hustle and bustle of PB. This apartment has new carpet, paint, and small fixtures but old appliances that make for a quintessential beach-living weekend. This southern-facing unit offers incredible daytime lighting that fills the living areas. Just 15 steps outside and youâll be looking at the Pacific.
