☆ Kid-friendly: Our pack n play ensures a safe and cozy sleep environment for your little one, while our high chair makes mealtime a breeze, allowing your child to dine comfortably alongside the family. ☆ 3 Story Home: this home has three levels with stairs. The garage and front door entrance are on the first floor, the bedrooms are on the second floor and the living room and patio are on the third floor. If stairs are a challenge for your group, it may not be the best suitable option.

☆ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved noise monitor above the interior of the patio door. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying.

☆ Our thermostat is set in the range of 72-78 degrees to prevent malfunction to the system. You may set the temperature within these parameters.

☆ We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☆ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.

☆ Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.
