Make your way through the charming courtyard and onto the decked patio where you can check yourself in and make yourself right at home. Stream your favorite apps on the large wall-mounted Smart TV as you sit back and relax on the luxe leather sofa or lay back on the comfortable queen bed.

The modern kitchen while compact comes fully equipped to cook up all your favorites with stainless steel appliances, a coffee station and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need for a short or extended stay.



Brew up a pot of coffee in the morning and enjoy a cup while sitting at the gorgeous wooden breakfast nook overlooking the courtyard that also doubles as a stylish workspace with free WiFi to keep you connected. Wash up in the modern bathroom with your choice of a relaxing bath or overhead shower that comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of soft, fluffy towels so you don’t have to bring a thing.

The home is located in leafy Mission Hills overlooking Old Town and the San Diego Bay, just north of Downtown and is one of San Diego’s oldest and most desirable neighborhoods.



You’ll be just 5 minutes from a Vons grocery store where you can stock up on all the essentials for your stay as well as a Starbucks to start your day just how you like it. The airport is conveniently located just 10 minutes from your door making the studio perfect for remote workers and professionals.



Whether you’re spending a few days indulging in the city’s myriad of beaches and surf spots, visiting the aquatic attractions SeaWorld San Diego and Mission Bay Aquatic Park (8 mins away), or exploring the inland offerings of the city, San Diego will not disappoint.



The best place to start is in Balboa Park just a 10 minute drive from the studio with 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums and then visit the San Diego Zoo which is always #1 on the best zoos list and definitely worth a visit.

Find fun activities on the water at Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from sailboat rentals to bike paths. Nearby, visit one of the region’s top attractions, SeaWorld San Diego or for a surf or kayak lesson, head to La Jolla, where water adventures are endless.



Explore can’t-miss shops and hangouts in neighborhoods such as the Gaslamp Quarter, the East Village and North Park then be spoilt for choice when it comes to food with a mix of fine dining through to food trucks serving up some of the best fish tacos you will every taste.



Old Town is right on your doorstep where you can wander through lush gardens and plazas, shop specialty stores for treasures from around the world, indulge in authentic cuisine, dance to strolling mariachis then immerse yourself in rich history at museums and historic sites.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free private parking for one vehicle included with your stay or take the bus with a stop an easy 6 minute walk from the studio. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night. When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This icon is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles. Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home! This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
