HOUSE RULES
***Please review ALL House Rules prior to booking. We monitor and enforce these rules to maintain this home in its best condition, ensure the highest quality stay, and be respectful to our neighbors and community.***

*By booking you agree to all of the following rules.*

-No smoking, vaping, or drug use on property — inside or outside. ($1,000 fine if discovered)

-Parties are NOT allowed — no exceptions. This includes loud music. Quiet Hours are 9PM–8AM. If guests are found to be hosting a party or large gathering, or neighbors report a disturbance, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. ($1,000 fine if discovered)

-No pets are allowed at this property. (Violation of this rule will result in a $300 fine per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.)

-No unregistered overnight guests or visitors. Children are considered guests and must be included in your reservation. Visitors must be discussed and approved prior to booking. ($200 fine per person per night for violations)

-No package or mail delivery to the home. Items may be delivered to a local FedEx/UPS. The host is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries. DoorDash, Instacart, and similar services are permitted.

-The following activities are prohibited without written consent of the host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events, music recording, or any commercial activities. Please contact the host for location fees.

-Guests are responsible for damaged or missing items. The property and all furnishings are to remain in good order and used respectfully.
Lost/damaged remotes: $200 each
Stained towels/sheets or missing inventory: 2x replacement cost

-Pool and hot tub are for registered guests only. No glass in or around the pool area.

-Unapproved late checkout will incur a fee of $100/hr. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.

-No daily housekeeping is provided.

-Long-term stays (30+ days) may request a deep cleaning for $300.

-There are exterior security cameras — none face inside the home. Tampering will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

-Injuries, accidents, illness, or deaths that occur during the stay
