We always keep the property in excellent condition for guests but we also stock the house according to the comforts of home that is reflective of our family's use of the property many weeks a year. The property is full of kitchen supplies, spices and condiments, charging cords, games, bikes, Nespresso coffee pods, a coffee cream foam machine, a soda machine, laundry detergent, board games and more. Some short-term rentals are completely bare - not even salt and pepper in the house. That's not what our place is like. Our place is your home away from home.

It really makes a difference to stay in a familyâs second home compared to a regular rental- it was SO WELL APPOINTED & had everything we needed. The host was a wonderful communicator and very accommodating. We loved the townhouse being brand new and the bikes, beach /water sport toys were plentiful! "My family, including 3 adult kids, had a wonderful, comfortable stay at this property and we hope to stay there again. The property owner's are so attentive and really care about this home. They provided immediate responses to any questions we had prior to the trip and were available if we needed them during our stay. We found the beach house spotless with lots of amenities and entertainment within the house and for use outside. The location was perfect for long walks and was right between Mission Bay and Mission Beach. We discovered delicious cafes and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this beach home."
