Beautiful beach condo

The home is beautifully decorated with a beach theme and in good condition. The beds and pillows were comfortable . The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and utensils and anything you would need forCooking and grilling They have whole coffee beans and raw sugar with a coffee grinder so you can have fresh coffee every morning. The management was excellent and got back to us right away. We were steps to the bay and a 3 minute walk to mission beach . We would definitely book this place again .

My family and i had a great stay at this property. The place was clean. The manager was very receptive and came and fixed an issue we had the same day upon request. The beach is so close even my 3 year old could walk there without difficulty. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Unit was in a good location for what we needed. Unit had a very strong musty smell. Kitchen not cleaned well. Listing did not specify if shower products weee available. I asked before arrival and they said yes, upon arrival we then saw they only offer for 1st night. Vacuum did not work. Unit should have instructions on how to use heating system and other appliances.

House problems

The house is cozy and in a great location. We had some problems because the TV didn’t work, the AC was doing a horrible noise and we couldn’t sleep, the AC in the living room didn’t work. We wrote the manager who said was going to send someone to fix it, they never showed up. We complained again and nothing happened. When we left, we forgot one charger, it took them a week to write us back saying the team didnt find anything at the house, which was clearly a lie.

Annual Family Trip

We visit San Diego once a year and every year we try and get closer to the beach. This place was perfect. We didn’t use our rental car at all we walked everywhere we needed to go. Spent one day on the bayside and the other day at mission beach. Walked to local market for some groceries and checked out a few local coffee shops. Easy walk to Belmont park. Great playgrounds nearby also. We hope to come back again.

Active Ant Problem

Cute house and great location. Horribly managed. Checked in to find ant traps all over the kitchen, which to me means they are aware of the ant problem but chose to not give me this information ahead of time. Someone called me that night with promises to fix the issue only to never hear from him again. Heard from another person 2 days later (finally) only to make false promises. I was told I would be compensated and literally NEVER heard from anyone again. Also-the floors were so filthy that we couldn’t walk around barefoot. This is hard for me to post this as I’ve never given a bad review before, but I feel like future travelers should be aware of this. I won’t ever rent a home managed by Vacasa again.

Perfect family stay

Nothing but praise for this house. Excellent location only 50 steps from the bay and two minute walk to the beach. Half a mile to Belmont park. Full decked kitchen and great patio. Only thing I would change would be the queen mattress in room with the bunk beds, it's old and you sink in. Other than that perfect stay. Would definitely come back.

Every aspect of this property was perfect, great kitchen amenities, comfortable furniture, great private patio, perfect location between bay and ocean, and quiet neighborhood. Have already book a return visit in September, highly recommended.

Great location but.....

The property location was perfect and in close proximity to Sea World and the Zoo. Having A/C was a discriminating factor in selecting this property but all three A/C units were noisy making gurgling sounds whether on or off and disruptive when awake or trying to sleep. Also the floors were not super clean --- recommend not going barefoot.

Wonderful!

Our family gathered here from different parts of the country. The location allowed us to easily walk to see the sunset on the ocean, and have a fire at night (portable fire pit) on the bay while watching fireworks . We biked, surfed, traveled up the beautiful coastline! 710 beach rentals made sure everything went smoothly with clear communications. The bedding was white, clean, fresh. The kitchen was well appointed. Nice beach chairs and toys, and boards. It was great to have a parking space plus we were lucky enough to find parking out front when our sin visited. Great time!
