Located on The Bay off of Santa Clara, this condo is perfectly located to enjoy Mission Beach in both directions. Situated on the 4th floor (yes we have an elevator), the ocean breezes keep our unit wonderfully cool AND we can see the Pacific from our master bedroom. Covered parking for one vehicle plus plenty of parking directly in front at Santa Clara Point.

We have a number of activities available directly in front of our unit at Santa Clara Point: Mission Bay Sports Center. (They offer a variety of boat rentals and water toys for rent.) Santa Clara Point also has:
Grass Park, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, Boat Rentals, Picnic Tables, Restrooms, Boat Launch, Activity Center.

Sleeps 4 in bedrooms and can accommodate children on either our blow-up bed in the living room, or our single folding bed, or on the sofa.

Everything was spotless and well stocked. This is a beautifully decorated 4th floor corner apartment with wonderful views in all directions. The furniture is comfortable and good water pressure in showers. It's a great location to the airport, downtown, beach towns and Sea World. We had a wonderful, relaxing time during our visit.

Such a great condo on the bay! The location was ideal, with a paved trail around the bay on one side and the beach boardwalk two blocks away. Additionally, there are endless possibilities for coffee/breakfast places in the morning and wonderful restaurants and music venues close by. It was such a treat to wake up, grab a cup of coffee, and take a walk, to participate in or just watch the variety of activities from running, cycling, rowing, sailing, water skiing, kite surfing etc. The condo itself, apart from being superbly located, was accurate to its listing - clean and well equipped as described. We would definitely stay here again and we can highly recommend this place to others!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful condo on the bay side of Mission Beach, San Diego, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of the bay that took our breath away. Fun location for enjoying the beach and not worrying about finding parking! Comfortable. Lovely views. A little loud at night, but that is true for the whole area. Loved walking the beach every morning and seeing the dolphins. Highly recommend.

This property is perfectly located between bay and sea, sports activities and walking distance eats.The unit is spacious and has covered parking that accommodated our Nissan Armada (large SUV). Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a an amazing experience staying here. So much so that we didn't want to leave and do the activities we had planned during comic con. Location was great to walk and eat and just sit and be. We all loved it! P.S. - you can watch the Sea World fireworks from the balcony and it's a great view.

Well worth it!

My family and I had a very pleasant stay here. Walking distance to absolutley everything you could think of. Park your car and leave it....no need to drive in this area. Condo was just like the pictures. Very comfortable.Will most defintely reserve again next summer and this time a bit longer.

This apartment was perfect for our family and the location cannot be beat! Close to lots of restaurants and just steps to the bay and the ocean! Views are spectacular too!
