☀ The outdoor patio and furniture is shared amongst the other tenants in the other units of the building.

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the kitchen. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We loved this property. We booked for over a week an it was perfect. We had a variety of activities for everyone in our group - from sunbathing on the bay, walks on the beach, happy hour at Pacific Beach. The property had allThe amenities for home cooked meals. We cooked and tried amazing restaurants. The property is located close to many places of interest. We took Ubers but could have easily driven. I highly recommend the property and would book again.
