Stairs are required for the bedrooms and rooftop deck. * Minimum age requirement of 25yo for all guests not accompanied by a parent or guardian.* An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee - September to May only.* An AC surcharge will be imposed depending upon weather and season.* Rental comprises the three-story home, rooftop deck, master bedroom balcony, dining room deck, and two-car garage.* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions. * Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's.* Garage dimensions: 19'10" length, 6' height, 8' clearance, * Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.

Great Property and Location

My family traveled to San Diego for my niece's graduation from USD. I have 2 teenage boys and this property was in an ideal location and provided everything that was needed for a family getaway. The rooftop deck was beautiful to sit out at night and watch the sunset! The property managers were very informative and responsive. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay immensely!! Thanks so much!

Nice Getaway

The property was very clean and in a perfect location. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking, even though we only did that once
we were too busy enjoying the area! Easy to get to the beach, bay, and restaurants. We had plenty of room for four adults and two children and appreciated all the outdoor space. We were able to fit both of our SUVs in the garage. Denise was great to work with, and immediately responded to any questions. My only advice to future renters is to not rely on Google Maps for directions. It took us to the wrong side of the property via the wrong way down a one way street.

Terrific stay!

We had a marvelous stay at this terrific property. Great location just a short walk from the beach or the bay. This is a quieter area of Mission Beach that we really liked. Not too close to Belmont Park, but close enough. The home was just as described and was very clean and well cared for. We loved the layout for our family of 6, with 3 nice bedrooms. The top patio was larger than we expected and we really enjoyed some evenings up there. We would highly recommend the property and are planning to stay here again!

Family trip to the beach!

This house was perfect for me and the kids for a long weekend at the beach. It was easily walkable to the bay, beach, restaurants and a little market. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the rooftop deck for dinner!

Mission Beach Getaway

Our family really enjoyed the house in Mission Beach. It's just a few blocks from the beach and lots of great restaurants. The house had three levels and a deck with a great view. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. I would recommend this house and location!

Good location, listing was accurate, unit clean and well stocked. Check in process would have been fine if we knew a few days before that they would provide check in code at time unit ready. We had no idea how check in was going to happen until a few hrs before, really just needed them to note few days before "a code will be provided when unit ready".

Great stay during the holidays!

This was a great property located in what I think is the best section of Mission Beach. Everything was in great working order, clean and ready to use. The property management company was friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family fun

The listing was 100% accurate with all the amenities you and a family of 6 would need. Great location to the bay and ocean, the best of both worlds just a short 2 min walk either direction. The top rooftop balcony would have been great to use (it was just a heat wave when we visited). Would recommend staying here to anyone interested in staying in the Mission beach area.
