Welcome to Your Peaceful Retreat!

Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Allied Gardens, our tranquil 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your San Diego stay. Centrally located, you'll be just minutes away from all the city’s major attractions, including the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, stunning beaches, Little Italy, downtown, and the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter. Here's what you can expect when you stay at our peaceful retreat:


Hot Tub: The private 6 person hot tub provides a relaxing way to unwind after exploring the city. The hot tub is serviced each Tuesday. Our friendly service technician arrives between 8:30-10:00 am and will access the back yard directly, no need for you to step away from your fun! He will be on site for approximately 20-30 minutes.

Living Room: Relax in the airy and inviting living room, featuring comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and a calming teal color palette that sets the tone for your stay. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, cookware, and basic pantry staples. If you have any questions about what is available please message us.

Primary Bedroom: The spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, ample closet space. You'll love the serene ambiance and natural light that fills the room. Windows look out to the backyard.

Second Bedroom: This bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and is tastefully decorated with soothing colors and comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Windows look out to the front of the property.

Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or additional guests, this room includes two twin XL beds with a custom mural to be both functional and fun. The beds can be pushed together to create a king-size if desired.

First Bathroom: Located off the living room, this full bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub for you to relax and unwind.

Second Bathroom: Just outside the primary bedroom, the second full bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Backyard: Step outside to your own private oasis! Our newly remodeled backyard is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a hot tub, lush turf, a built-in firepit for cozy evenings under the stars, and a propane BBQ for grilling. It’s a great space to enjoy San Diego’s beautiful weather year-round.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the garage for your convenience.

Parking: Free street parking is available, and there's also space in the driveway and garage if needed. The garage must be opened from inside the garage, no remote is provided. Please do not block the sidewalk when parking in the driveway.

Yard Maintenance: The yard is serviced twice monthly. We do our best to schedule this during times when the home is vacant. However, during busy times the yard maintenance may take place while the home is occupied, typically on Mondays.
