The rooms are air-conditioned, and feature 65" inches flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
âą Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite
âą Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation
âą Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests
âą How far is the home from specific locations? Use G00gle Maps with "Parkdale Avenue, San Diego, Mira Mesa" for accurate distances
âą Whatâs the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day
âą If thereâs gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.
âą Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking
âą Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest
âą Howâs the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own
âą Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors â please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home
âą Security devices?
One security camera: Front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home
One noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio.
âą "Entire home" vs "Entire house"?
âEntire homeâ is not the same as âentire houseâ. âEntire homeâ refers to the whole living space that the guest will have private access to during their stay. There may be multiple units or sections within a big property land, as long as the guest has exclusive access to the areas listed in the reservation. For example, an âentire homeâ could be a (one-bedroom) apartment, a condo, or a studio that the guest uses alone, even if another unit exists elsewhere on the property.
âą If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?
No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.
âą Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets
âą Guest needs to present their ID as a part of the check-in process
Key-related issues:
âą If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.
A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.
Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
