This fully renovated 3 bed, 2 bath home is centrally located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Linda Vista, San Diego. With sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table that seats 8, this home is perfect for families or groups. Amenities include a 65-inch 4k Smart TV, king bed in the master, 2 queen beds in the other rooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room/reading room. The master bedroom also boasts extra-large closets and a 50-inch 4k TV.

Welcome to our newly renovated 3 bed, 2 bath duplex home located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Linda Vista in San Diego. The house was fully renovated in 2021 and is now 1100 square feet of modern, comfortable living space. As you walk in, you`ll immediately notice the beautiful engineered hardwood floors that lead you to the combined living room and kitchen area. This space is perfect for spending time with family and friends, with a large sofa and an 8-seater dining table. The living room also features a 65-inch 4k Smart TV for your entertainment needs. Now we have set up 3 individual stand alone AC units in each bedroom to beat the summer heat. Each Bedroom will feature AC units. NO AC in the Living rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal, with brand new appliances and quartz countertops. The living room and kitchen area have an open floor plan, making it easy to cook and entertain guests at the same time.

The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall and features a king-sized bed with double closets and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower and is stocked with plush towels and toiletries. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large closet, while the third bedroom has another queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet. Additionally, the third bedroom features a 50-inch 4k Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.

As you enter the home, you`ll find a second living room area that`s perfect for relaxing or reading a book. This living room area features a comfortable sleeper sofa and a plush Puff.

The house also comes equipped with a large washer/dryer and private parking. We provide private high-speed AT&T internet for our guests, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.

The home is located in a residential neighborhood, centrally located in San Diego with plenty of street parking available. Whether you`re here for business or pleasure, our home is the perfect home base for your stay. We hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful home!

The Linda Vista neighborhood is a convenient and central location for guests to explore San Diego`s many attractions. The Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego, famous for its nightlife and dining, is a short drive away. The beautiful San Diego beaches and Sea World are also nearby. Families can visit the world-famous San Diego Zoo or take a scenic drive to the Cabrillo National Monument for breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Balboa Park, Old Town, and many historic parks and museums are also within easy reach.

For guests in need of medical facilities, the home is located within 2 miles of the Sharp/Rady’s children`s hospital and USD university. While guests will need a car or hire an UBER/Lyft to get around, there is a bus stop within 1 mile from the house. Alternatively, guests can utilize the Metropolitan Transit System red trolley, a fun, easy, and convenient way to get around San Diego. The Linda Vista neighborhood is a great choice for guests who want to experience all that San Diego has to offer while staying in a comfortable and convenient location.

Our neighborhood is minutes from popular attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Some of these include , Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego, Beaches, Sea World, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, the Cabrillo National Monument, Balboa Park, Old Town, and many historic parks and museums. The home is withing 2 miles from the sharp Memorial/Rady childrens Hospital, and USD campus.

The home is fully renovated and so it’s the back yard. The back yard has table and chairs along with a BBQ grill for your convenience.
There are RING cameras on the property outside the home for security purposes only. There is plenty of street parking and private parking available. Three AC standalone units in each bedroom to beat the summer heat only in the bedrooms, not in the living room or kitchen.
Quite hours after 10pm. It’s a residential neighborhood and no excessive noise. A $750 dollar fine will be applied if neighbors call Air BNB or The police because of noise complaints.

Nicely updated and a good location

The house appears newly renovated. The layout is ideal for a group of various ages, with separate living spaces that allow for quiet or busier activities. The house was spotlessly clean and the appliances were new and operated easily, except for the dishwasher which was confusing and did not clean well. There were a few items that I wish I had known ahead of time. 1. The house is not really kid-friendly. There are lots of glasses for adult beverages, but no unbreakable plates, bowls or cups for kids. 2. Many reviews listed the driveway limitations, but we found it impossible to park our Traverse. Happily, we always found street parking right out front. 3. The rental is one side of a duplex. If your neighbor is noisy, you hear it. We had a yappy dog barking and a loud snorer in the adjoining rental. No way to know what cards you will be dealt here. 4. The dining table is large enough to seat eight people, which was able to handle the number of beds in the unit. BEWARE of the ends of the table supports which are placed somewhat awkwardly. 5. No one in our group slept on the pull out couch, so I cannot speak to the comfort, but it is right inside the front door. 6. The property is close enough to all the sites you might want to visit in the San Diego area. 7. The only small appliances are a toaster and coffee maker. Overall, we were well pleased with our experience here.

Worst Rental Ever

After a 3AM start to our travels, we arrived in the evening and the place had not been cleaned from the previous renter. I tried for over an hour to get a hold of the manager and VRBO and ended up having to find a hotel for my family. It was a complete nightmare and we still have NOT received all our money back and the property manager says it's VRBO and VRBO says it the property manager.

Mice home but a few things

We enjoyed out stay at the home in Linda Vista. Gas station, quick marts and some quick service food stores and a Rite Aid are close. Home was as advertised. It was cool weather doing our stay and the bedrooms were warm while the larger common area was still chilly and we needed to have blankets handy. Everything worked well. Water in the showers took a while to heat up but water pressure was great. Only real issue is the driveway has a decorative side wall that interferes with getting in and out of the vehicle. Our driver-side door kept hitting the wall. The driveway is narrow because on the other side there is a smaller concrete wall that our door would clear. I would have to squeeze between the door and the wall or leave the car near the beginning of the driveway to have my family exit. Street parking was difficult because of the number of cars that were in the area from residents. Overall a nice experience. (Didn’t have any reason to contact the owner)

Comfortable and quiet location

My family was in SD for a special birthday event. We did not engage in any tourist attractions this visit. But this property is a great location with easy access to all the freeways leading to every attraction. The house was just and described, very comfortable, clean and in a quieter neighborhood. We needed to extend one night and Daniel was very accommodating and easy to work with. Daniel is an amazing host!

Nice place but no A/C

The property is very clean and has nice decor. We did struggle with the lack of air conditioning though. It was 85 in the duplex in the afternoon and we could only get it down to 75 at night by leaving all the windows open. This was a little unnerving since I was traveling with my teenage daughter and didn't really want her (or my) window open all night, especially since there is a 24-hour liquor store a block away. They did drop off cooling fans but you had to keep ice water in them for them to work and there was only enough ice for one round of cooling so they didn't make a difference. You also cannot charge an electric car unless you bring an 15' extension cord and the place is very empty. There are no condiments, games, books, toys, beach towels/gear or kid dishes. There are no baking supplies either so you'll need an extensive trip to the store if you plan to cook, we even needed to buy oil and salt. On the plus side, they don't expect any cleaning on the way out. There is a young child who lives on the other side of the duplex. Be careful parking in the driveway too. It's narrow and the cement wall on both sides is treacherous to doors.

Great Little House

This place was great; a nice, remodeled home with plenty of space in a centrally located neighborhood. The only downsides was the lack of A/C in the summer heat and the washer/dryer being inoperable, but I would stay again regardless.
