This quiet Crown Point (Pacific Beach) remodeled 2 bedroom 1 full bath condo is located across the street from Mission Bay Park, overlooking gorgeous Crown Point park/beach.

Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the neighborhood coffee shops and walk two blocks to the bay. There's also a convenience store and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance.

Never miss any of the action with live sports and movies from Hulu Live on one of the 3 Smart TV's.

Mission Bay Park features picnic tables, fire pits and barbecue grills, a boat launch and basketball courts. The park also has free parking, restrooms and showers. This a great place for family picnics or large gatherings and the park has plenty of room for soccer, football and volleyball games.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

**Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome — no outside guests are allowed at anytime.

- Check in is after 3PM

-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made.

- This apartment has an in-house washer and dryer. Please feel free to do laundry as you.

WASTE DISPOSAL -- Please note we have a waste bin in the alleyway, accessible by walking through the courtyard. Please note that the metal security gate locks when fully closed. Be sure to leave it cracked or place the stone in the way to prevent it from shutting. The code for the dumpster bin is 4285.

- Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you washed any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.
