Read other reviews carefully-- you will see mentions of a poor hotel and poor customer service.
We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse on the 4th floor.Only stairs and no luggage carts and no assistance.
The hotel is worn down.This is really not a hotel with services.Its more like a college dorm that rents rooms.
These were issues with our suite.
Lock did not work
Light bulbs out,light switches not working.
Kitchen sink faucet detached
Metal garbage cans in bathrooms and kitchen are rusted.
Windows are filthy inside and out.
Windows in bathrooms have no handle or lock and left open 24/7.Very cold bathrooms
3 TVs in suite no remotes for 1 day after check in.
Shower water handles are rusted and leaking
No blinds on windows
Entry door is a sliding glass patio door to a stairway.
Old nasty kitchen utensils.
No paper towels
Had to request water and coffee kits.

We booked and PREPAID a package for 3 nights including breakfast and parking.
Upon check in the clerk asked for a card to pay.
After the back and forth about prepayment I gave him a different card and said I would dispute the first charge.They received a double payment.To date no refund.
Breakfast is in another hotel restaurant on another street.They only tell you when your looking for the in house restaurant and realize there is none.
If you dial 101 for the front desk they never answer.You have to go find someone,who is almost always on their cell phone outside.
