Villa Sara is a beautiful private villa with pool and enclosed garden, located near San Costanzo, in the proximity of Senigallia.
The villa is only 5 km away from the beach of Torrette, whose coastline stretches all the way to the town of Marotta, alternating rocky stretches of coast with soft, light-coloured sand. Just like the coastline, the sea is also very varied, ranging from turquoise to cobalt blue. The seabed of these beaches is sloping, ideal for families to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Nearby we can find the town of Senigallia, also known for its spectacular beaches, called "di velluto" (velvet beaches) because of its fine, light-coloured sands. Senigallia's seafront promenade, in particular, is full of seafood restaurants and bars where guests can taste typical dishes or enjoy an aperitif while admiring the sea.
However, this area is not only synonymous with beaches and relaxation: there are many towns and villages worth visiting in the surroundings of San Costanzo. One of these is the town of Mondavio, whose historic centre is one of the best preserved in the entire Marche region. The main attraction is the Rocca Roveresca, which houses the Museo della Rievocazione Storica (Museum of Historical Re-enactment), with exhibits depicting scenes of Renaissance life.
Speaking of villages and towns, it is impossible not to mention the spectacular city of Urbino, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is universally recognised as one of the capitals of the Italian Renaissance. Here you will find buildings of extraordinary historical and artistic interest, first and foremost the famous Ducal Palace, a town-palace built and embellished by Federico di Montefeltro, then Duke of the city.
There are numerous other attractions worth visiting in this beautiful part of the Marche region, such as the small towns of Gradara, Pergola and Frontone. Well known are also the towns of Fano and Pesaro, not only for their historical attractions and beautiful beaches, but also for the many shops in which visitors can browse.
Villa Sara includes a well-kept private garden that surrounds the entire property, and features many brightly coloured plants, such as the beautiful purple and white wisteria.
At the back of the villa lies the large swimming pool, which includes a whirlpool area and is surrounded by comfortable sofas and sun loungers. There is also a porch that can be accessed from inside the villa through a sliding glass door. Here in the porch there are a number of small tables where guests of the villa can enjoy traditional local dishes with a view of the beautiful swimming pool and the hills in the distance.
The property is completely fenced and accessible through an automatic gate. There are also a number of parking spaces where guests can park inside the property.
Villa Sara is located in the small town of San Costanzo, which is situated among the gentle hills that dominate the Marche region. From the villa, it is possible to admire the beautiful landscape of this region and the small seaside towns of Marotta and Torrette, as well as the Adriatic.
The villa is on one floor and has a small loft, which can be accessed by an internal staircase.
The interior of the villa is elegant and furnished with taste and great attention to details.
The entire interior is made up of wooden parquet flooring and features a beautiful beamed ceiling, giving the villa a blend of traditional and modern styles.
Villa Sara welcomes its guests with a large, bright living room, which includes a beautiful white leather peninsula sofa, a satellite television and a beautiful built-in piano, that music lovers are certainly going to enjoy.
Following the living room, you will find an open space dining room with a table that can accommodate up to ten people and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine.
There is also a half bathroom.
The villa premises proceed up a small staircase to sleeping area, consisting of:
- a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, equipped with both bathtub and shower;
- a double bedroom;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower.
In the villa, there is also a beautiful loft with wooden parquet and wrought iron railings, where there is an additional double bed, and where can be added, on request, an extra bed.
The villa is equipped with an underfloor cooling system.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning (underfloor cooling); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).
