Spacious three-bedroom located steps from San Clemente`s beach access, historic Casino, and Ole Hanson Beach Club. Ideal for families, weddings, or a relaxing coastal retreat. Features include two balconies, central air conditioning and heating, and ample space to relax. Beach walks, surfing, dining, and nightlife are all easily accessible.
Enjoy two private balconies, fresh coastal air, and convenient access to the beach, trail, cafés, surf spots, and local restaurants.

Access to the unit requires 45 stairs.
Two tandem parking spaces are available.
This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only. Guest privacy is maintained.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Garage access is not available.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

PET POLICY: Non-shedding and small dogs are welcome for a pet fee. Please message us with your dog`s weight and breed to receive a payment request. Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds.

LOCATION:
The property is just steps from the North Beach access and the beach trail.
A five-minute drive to downtown Del Mar’s restaurants and boutiques, and the outlets.

GUEST ACCESS:
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code issued prior to arrival.

Joyful stay

My family and I enjoyed this property because of its location and the spacious living room and balcony. The house was clean, updated and equipped with all toiletries and cooking supplies. The beach was short walk and there was a cute French cafe along the walk that was tasty and quaint.I recommend this property for your next beach stay.

Once again great place all that pictures showed. Only downfall is all the stairs, but if you want a view and a beautiful home it is well worth it

Really great location in beautiful San Clemente! Loved the open spaces, including 2 great balconies. Be ready to get your steps in because the stairs up to the front door are numerous! Really nice stay for my family and I.

Great Spot

Loved this house and was perfect for a girls trip to visit friends with small and big kids in tow! Walkable to beach and coffee and outdoor deck is amazing! Large walk in closet fits pack n play which came with the house!

Great location!

Good property for families except for the number of stairs to reach your unit. The restaurants and beach were in walking distance as well as some hiking trails. Great playgrounds for the young ones. Great restaurants for the parents. We loved the ability to park the car and enjoy the ambiance and the recreational options.

Our family enjoyed this house so much! Very spacious, comfortable and equipped with just about anything you would need during your stay. Location was convenient and a short walk to the beach. Balconies were inviting and had great views! This property does have almost 50 stairs to enter the front door so be prepared for that.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay! The place is clean and the well- stocked kitchen was really convenient! The two patios are amazing. If you need to contact Vacasa, I would call instead of message them because they don’t respond. The stairs gave us a good workout ; pack light!

Property is short walk to Pico Beach. Well-kept, clean, comfortable beds. Was impressed with how well-equipped kitchen was. Also bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even complimentary laundry detergent!

San Clemente Condo with parking

My group of (5) over 60 adults had a great time in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the restrooms and kitchen had nice toiletries and plenty of towels. There are 48 steps to the front door, but once you get there it is a lovely place to be and very quiet. Nice balconies too for grilling or just chilling out. We would definitely stay there again.

Well stocked; close to beach!

This house slept 10 comfortably. It was well stocked for anything you needed for the day at the beach, chairs, umbrella, wagon and bodyboards. Super close to beach. There was a large flight of stairs needed to get up to the property.

Beautiful area with view of Pacific, walking distance to lots of places, no need for car. Excellent, nicely furnished, well appointed with lots of space to spread out. Comfortable beds, quiet area, all in all we loved it. Were there to attend a wedding at the nearby Casino. Perfect!

Great house with an even better location

Our family of five stayed at this house for 5 days and we absolutely loved this place. You are about 2 blocks from the beach, they have everything you need from kitchen items, to all your beach apparel (body boards, umbrellas and a wagon to help carry everything). We will definitely be back again. Thank you!
