Welcome To A World Of Paradise That Will Make Your Living Experience Complete. This guesthouse is an attached, but separate unit from the main house. It shares a driveway with the main house but has its own private area including entrance, parking area, and a private side yard. No common areas are shared. Come and retreat into our newly renovated Modern Luxurious home.
Our home is designed for comfort by featuring quarts countertops, efficient appliances, workstation kitchen sink and vinyl wood flooring. If gourmet cooking is your thing, you will love our modern kitchen with included dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator and all pots and pan necessary to make you feel home.
The entire home has light blocking window treatment so you can get rest during the day when pulling the night shift. The house is equipped with smart thermostat and Wi-Fi switches and smart lock for convenience. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed with new Saatva mattress and modern motif. We have a comfortable queen convertible sofa in the family room if you have a company for a short time.
Watch movies or your favorite programs in the family room while sinking into the comfortable sofa and/or a leather swivel chair. You could also spend some quiet time in the beautifully decorated backyard surrounded with lush trees and tranquility.
The living room, kitchen and the bedroom have modern mood recess light with dimmers. A great feature!! Come and experience yourself!!
With inviting interiors and elegant finishes, our home offers an exclusive lifestyle. Our location makes your life even simpler – we’re in a perfect location that effortlessly connect you to Redlands downtown’s prime restaurants and retail, you will enjoy luxe living at home and around the neighborhood.
This is your Oasis away from work where you can truly unwind, rejuvenate and enjoy yourself.
The entire guesthouse and the yard on the side of the guesthouse is yours to enjoy. You do not have any access to the main house or the pool.
In most cases, I will meet you on arrival to give you a tour of the space.
You will have my phone number and you can call me at any time if you need anything, I am more than happy to help you decide where to eat, drink and play.
I live very close by but I won`t be invading your space during your stay.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with well landscaped mature trees. If you like walking and running, then it’s a place for you!
We are 5 min walk to Redlands Community hospital, 2.2 miles to University of Redlands, and 6 min drive to Loma Linda University, Downtown Redlands and major attractions.
The Downtown Redlands corridor is speckled with local parks, historic sites, old orange groves and an Umbrella Alley. Held every Thursday night, the Market Night was established in 1988 and is a great place to be at.
If you fancy the fare of an English pub, Greek cuisine, hot n’ spicy Mexican food, or crave a hearty burger, downtown restaurants and wine bars offer all that and more! Afterwards, take a stroll down to tree-lined streets and top off your meal with an ice cream or delicious specialty dessert.
SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 24/7 security cameras on the exterior of property only. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home.
GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property. No of guests exceeding 2 needs a pre-approval from the host. Your guests are welcomed to come and visit you but not stay.
PETS: We have a strict no pet policy.
PARTY/EVENT: We have zero tolerance to any party/events. In an event of breach, you will be strictly asked to leave immediately and vacate the property.
CLEANING: Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. Our home is disinfected, sanitized, and cleaned to the highest standard after each checkout.
As a Host, my aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our house. But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules.
I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience!
Parking: Park your car on the extreme right side of the driveway facing the big grey metal door. No Camper van or RV parking is allowed. Needs host approval for 2 or more cars.
Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
Please enjoy your meal only in the dining room. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
A/C and Heating: Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.
Noise: As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 9pm if possible. No parties or events.
Laundry: There is a washer and dryer available for you to use inside the guesthouse, with washing powder in the trolley. Keep the used towels in the laundry basket provided in each room. Please use make-up remover to wash off make-up`s. Don`t use towels to wipe off your make-up’s. Thank you!
Smoking: No smoking inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.
Trash: Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin before checkout. Extra garbage can is disposed off in the city`s trash can.
Pets: STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED either guest or visitors. I am an animal lover myself, but sadly some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. So I have made the decision not to accept pets in my home. I hope you can understand.
Incidence: Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
No pets allowed.
Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
