The house provides complete comfort indoors (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen‑dining area, living room, Smart TV, high‑speed Wi‑Fi) while giving you access to a private terrace and a lovely communal pool surrounded by gardens.

The property includes two full bathrooms, both equipped with high‑quality shower gel and lotion dispensers.



The bright and cosy living room offers a Smart TV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

Welcome package with water, milk, tea/coffee sachets, sugar, savoury biscuits, and additional snacks



Initial supplies: 2 rolls of toilet paper and bin bags



Note: This is a self‑service property. Once courtesy items are finished, they will not be replenished.

For hygiene and safety reasons, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper are not provided.

Basic cleaning tools (broom, dustpan, mop, bucket) are available for use.



Air Conditioning

Casa Maesa is equipped with air conditioning that operates using €1 coins. This system promotes efficient and conscious use of energy, allowing guests to activate cooling only when needed.

Simply insert a coin whenever you wish to use the air conditioning during your stay.



Guest Policy

The standard rate covers up to 2 guests.

Children aged 3 and over count as additional guests and must be included in the reservation.



Arrival & Check‑In

Casa Maesa uses a digital webapp for both check‑in and keyless access. Everything is fully digital — no physical keys are used.



Once your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to complete an online check‑in through the webapp, which also serves as your digital guide during the stay. Through the app, you will receive:

Your personal access code for the electronic lock
