I stayed at Sunprime Atlantic View Suite & Spa and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, well-managed, and most of the staff were kind, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing â just what I was looking for.
However, I had a negative experience on the second day with one of the bartenders â a middle-aged Spanish man. I had booked all-inclusive and received a green wristband to wear, but it was too tight and uncomfortable, so I had taken it off. When I went to the bar to get a drink, instead of checking with reception (which is just nearby), the bartender started rudely complaining for several minutes about the missing wristband. He didnât ask questions or try to clarify â he just kept going.
I then went to reception myself, and they confirmed I had all-inclusive and kindly gave me a card instead. I found the bartenderâs behavior disrespectful and completely unnecessary. This is not the way to speak to a guest â and certainly not something youâd expect in a professional hotel environment. Management really needs to speak with him, because one staff member can ruin the impression of an otherwise well-run hotel.
Aside from that, everything else was very positive, and the other staff were excellent. I would still recommend the hotel â but I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously.
