This newly renovated Mediterranean-style accommodation, built in 2024, is located in a residential complex with a communal pool, located in the center of Playa del Inglés and a few steps from the beach and the Yumbo Shopping Center. It has an independent entrance, ideal for those moments when you want to feel exclusive from the first minute and with not one, but two terraces, so you will have more space than you could imagine to enjoy the sun, your morning coffee or those chats under the stars.



Inside, the Mediterranean style is breathed in every corner, from the warm and bright tones, to the wood and ceramic details that transport you to the coast just by opening your eyes. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds and air conditioning in all rooms.



The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true for the most enthusiastic cooks, as it has a dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. In the living room, which includes air conditioning and a 65¨ TV, you can enjoy international channels and all sports, perfect for those nights when you just want to watch your favorite show from any corner of the world.



The bathroom is as modern as it is practical, with a shower that will make you feel like you're in a spa every morning.



And if being in the center of it all is your thing, this place has you covered: steps from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure life, you'll have everything you need for a perfect vacation or a relaxing day in your own corner.



All rooms have unlimited high-speed WiFi of 300 Mbps.



A full weekly cleaning is included (for reservations of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.



A cot and a high chair (on request) will be provided for a child under 2 years old free of charge.
