Private pool - Playa del Inglés Center

Welcome to Penky Summer, a renovated house with private heated pool in Playa del Inglés!



Completely renovated in 2023 with modern design and high quality materials, where you can enjoy a private pool (heat has an extra charge), located in a residential complex with community pool and just a few steps from the Yumbo Shopping Centre and the Playa del Ingles beach. A beautiful paradise to enjoy your holidays, where you can experience peace and tranquillity, together with comfort and privacy. It has ample spaces, international channels, Netflix connection, air conditioning and unlimited high speed wifi (300mbs).



The house is single storey and is divided into:

- Terrace with private pool, 4 sun beds, outside chairs and table for 4 people. The terrace has artificial grass, very nice to lie down and do yoga or sport. The terrace is especially south facing to enjoy long hours of sun exposure all day long.

- The living room/kitchen connects directly to the terrace through its large sliding doors, offering beautiful views of the outside. The living room has Smart Tv with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all European sports such as Spanish League, Premier League... and access to Netflix, HBO and Prime Video... Fully equipped induction cooker with dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for your stay.

- 1 bedroom with double bed.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

- 1 bathroom with shower.



In total a maximum of 4 persons can be accommodated.



The residential complex has a community pool.



A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels is included.



A cot and high chair (on request) for a child under 2 years old are provided free of charge.



The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 30€/day, maximum between 24 and 26ºC. Please let us know when booking so it is up to temperature before your arrival.



THE USE OF SISHAS ON THE PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, AS WELL AS THE ENTRY OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE RESERVATION.

THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, THEREFORE, ANY ACTIVITY THAT MAY DISTURB OTHER NEIGHBOURS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
