PRIVATE HEATED POOL - Fully refurbished in 2022

Welcome to Casa Bali, a renovated house with a private pool in Maspalomas!



Completely renovated in 2022 with a modern design and high-quality materials, where you can enjoy a private pool heated to 27ºC, located in the residential area of ​​Maspalomas. A beautiful paradise to enjoy your holidays, where you can experience peace and tranquility along with comfort and privacy.



It has large spaces, international channels, Netflix, gas barbecue, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi (300mbs) and air conditioning in all rooms.



The house is divided into two levels:

-- Main floor --

- Terrace with private heated pool, 2 hammocks, 2 terrace chairs and dining table for 6 people. Part of the terrace has artificial grass, very nice for lying down and doing yoga or sports. The terrace is especially south-facing to enjoy long hours of sun exposure throughout the day. In addition, we have a premium weber gas barbecue included.

- Living room-kitchen that connects directly to the terrace through its large sliding doors, offering beautiful views of the outside. The living room has a 65" Smart TV with international channels (Spain, United Kingdom, Germany...), all European sports such as the Spanish League, Premier League... and access to Netflix, HBO and Prime Video included. Fully equipped induction kitchen, with dishwasher, wine cellar and all the necessary utensils for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine and Italian coffee machine.

- 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00m with a private bathroom with shower and smart TV with international channels, all European sports such as the Spanish League, Premier League... and access to Netflix included.

- 1 office room to work. This room can be converted into a bedroom for 1 person who does not want to sleep on the upper floor

- 1 additional toilet

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 1.05 x 2.00m and a 43" smart TV

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 1.05 x 2.00m

- 1 bathroom with shower



A maximum of 6 people can stay in total.



All rooms have unlimited high-speed 300Mbs Wi-Fi and air conditioning (hot and cold).



A full weekly cleaning is included (for reservations of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.



A cot and high chair (on request) will be provided for a child under 2 years free of charge.



The pool heating service has an extra cost of 140€/week to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. Maximum temperature is 27ºC. Please notify us in advance to proceed with the heating being turned on days before arrival.

THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, THEREFORE, ANY ACTIVITY THAT MAY DISTURB OTHER NEIGHBORS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

There is a supermarket about 200m away and Holiday World, a shopping center with a wide range of food and entertainment for all ages, is 650m away.
