House was great. I thought 3 min walk to the river meant something different than what this house was. I would not walk down the street for 3 mins to anything. Wouldn't feel safe. But house was close to downtown and we took an uber or drove. Loved the house. I didnt look into the location enough. My fault.

We had a great stay at this property! It was close to everything we wanted to do in San Antonio and the check-in / check out process was easy.The kitchen was well-equipped so we could do some light cooking. We're not huge fans of Keurig machines, but we found a small drip coffee maker in the pantry which worked out great for us.

We will be staying here again! Quaint neighborhoods are hard to find in San Antonio. Our family felt very safe here. The neighbors were so kind :) The house was immaculate and was equipped with more than what we needed for our stay! The host was very helpful and always very quick to respond! 10 out of 10 stars!!

Quick Getaway

Overall our stay was amazing. We did have one issue, but Matt was quick to respond and resolved the situation immediately. Matt has really put a lot of thought into this place from excellent kitchen appliances/pots/dishware, to bathroom essentials that you might have forgotten. Beds were very comfortable along with plenty of seating options in both living room and dining room. The back patio area was very enjoyable at night. Although we did not use it there is a grill with all of the grilling essentials with a very nice outdoor patio area. We will absolutely recommend this place and will defiantly book again.

Beautiful Place

The VRBO was great! It was very clean and the updates to the property are top tier. Matt was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed during our stay as well. The only thing I would recommend is foam/paper to-go cups with lids for the Keurig. We had a couple early mornings on the go and would have like to be able to take our coffe/tea with us. Otherwise our stay was excellent!!

Beautiful home

My family and I stayed for a week and would return in a heartbeat. Matt was a great host, too. We were super impressed with how beautiful the home was. Everything we needed was available. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the refrigerator had 2 types of ice, which was an added bonus. There were even board games in the living room. The area was right in the heart of the southside of town, and there were so many great places to eat just a stones throw away. We visited the zoo, downtown, Boeing Tech Port, and the missions (all a short drive away). The neighborhood was quite and the neighbors were nice.

San Antonio south

Great place! We stayed a MONTH.... Loved the city.... Our little house on the Southside was beautiful.... Fully remodeled with all the coolest finishes and fixtures. The location was very convenient A couple miles south of downtown. Its an older neaborhood, but we felt safe the whole time.... Took walks through the neighbor hood and talked to locals. Matt our host was awesome. Easy to reach and very helpful...

Nice house

The house was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and had many local authentic good restaurants, but was a tad on the rougher side. Lots of barking dogs, one that chased me, and some less kept properties nearby.

Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Getting in and check out were very straightforward, Matt was very available and responsive with any questions. We liked the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the regional trail and Missions. Would definitely look at staying here again.

Anything and everything that you would need while away from home. Beds were really comfy! If I had one thing to complain about, it would be no lamps by beds, but that was the ONLY thing. Thanks, Matt, for a wonderful stay away from home!

Perfect Little House in Friendly Neighborhood
