KITCHEN & DINING
Cook like you never left home in our fully stocked chef`s kitchen. Stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, oven, cooktop with hood, and refrigerator with water dispenser. The West Elm dining table seats 8 comfortably (4 dining chairs + 4 bar stools). We stock the essentials — salt, pepper, cooking oils, and more — so you can hit the ground running. Start every morning right with the Ninja XL DualBrew Coffee Maker and complimentary K-cups, coffee grounds, creamer, sugar, and teas.

PRIMARY BEDROOM — KING SUITE
Rest and recharge in our spacious king suite featuring a Novaform memory foam mattress, blackout shades, noise machine, and earplugs for a deep, uninterrupted sleep. The en suite bathroom includes a luxurious rainfall shower, dual vanity sink, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. GUEST BEDROOM 1 — QUEEN

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms feature luxurious rainfall showers, dual vanity sinks, and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, cotton swabs, and cotton balls. Hair dryer available in both.

LAUNDRY
Full-size in-unit washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. Built-in ironing board and iron included.

Please note: The grassy backyard area is shared with a secondary unit on the property. The main home, driveway, and deck are completely private. We believe in full transparency so you arrive with clear expectations and enjoy every moment of your stay.

Like any vibrant urban neighborhood, you may notice street activity and the energy of a growing city. We`ve never had safety concerns, and for extra peace of mind we`ve equipped the home with 24/7 exterior surveillance and a professional security system with live monitoring. Noise machines and earplugs are provided in every bedroom.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We want to ensure you have a comfortable, enjoyable experience. Please review our house rules to make sure we’re aligned on expectations. If any issues arise, Belen and Jorge are here to help!
Note: Violations may result in fees, removal from the property, and are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.

General Rules
- Pets: Pets are welcome, but please notify us in advance. An additional fee applies.
- No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited indoors and outdoors. Violations may incur a $300 fine plus cleaning fees.
- No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, gatherings and events are not permitted.
- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Thermostat Settings: In the summer, please do not set the thermostat lower than 70°F to avoid strain on the system.

Safety and Property Care
- No Open Flames: No candles or other open flames are allowed for safety.
- Alarm System: The Ring alarm system can be armed and disarmed using your entry code. The front door may automatically lock, and the alarm may re-arm when the property is vacant.
- No Firearms or Weapons: Weapons are not permitted on the property.
- Report Damages: Immediately report any broken, damaged, or missing items to avoid charges.

Check-Out Guidelines
- Check-Out Time: By 11 AM. Late check-outs must be pre-authorized by 5 PM the day before. Additional fees may apply.
- Final Tidying: Please place all trash in the provided wastebaskets, and tie up the kitchen trash bag before you go.
- Quick Departure Note: We appreciate a quick message once you’ve checked out!

Additional Safety Precautions
- Children: Our home is not childproofed, so please take extra care if traveling with young ones.
- Pest Control: We maintain regular pest control, though occasional sightings are possible.
- Lost or Stolen Items: We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, so please secure your belongings.
