Stunning Pool overlooking Golf course with Game room

This beautiful & spacious single-story 4 bdrm home is located in an exclusive upscale, quiet neighborhood. It can fit up to 12 people including families with kids. It is fully equipped, TV with cables, WIFI and washer & dryer and a Pool Table. The backyard is a true gem featuring a stunning in ground pool overlooking the beauty golf course with no rear neighbors, BBQ and comfortable covered patio with lots of space to hang out. Close to restaurants, bars & shopping.

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2300sqf house includes beds for 10 people plus a queen air mattress, which is very comfortable, so it can sleep a total of 12 people including families with kids. It is fully furnished & equipped, TV with cables, WIFI and washer & dryer. The primary suite features double closets, and a stunning ensuite with a spacious stone tiled shower, separate vanities and private commode. House also includes a pool table to have fun while home. The backyard is a true gem featuring a stunning in ground pool overlooking the North Hills Golf Course with no rear neighbors and has plenty of private and street parking. It is close to restaurants, bars & shopping.

Right next to the North Hills Golf Course. Convenient to the airport, Loop-1604, I-35, I-410 and Wurzbach Parkway, close to many hot spots including theme parks, shopping, military bases and only a 20 minute drive to downtown's attractions including the Alamo and Riverwalk.

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app.

-Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 5th.
- Hot-tub is in the same temperature as the pool.

Stayed March 2026 expecting a safe, fully functional property, but that was not the case.There were multiple safety concerns, including loose tiles around the pool and tile near the doors that got wet and created a slipping risk. The back door required two hands to operate, and during our stay, my daughter slipped near the door that required only one hand and was injured. There were also maintenance issues inside, including a cabinet that would not close properly and was frequently in the way.The pool was dirty upon arrival. I contacted the host immediately and did not receive a response for several hours. The pool was not serviced until about 1 PM the following day, which limited our ability to use it for a significant portion of our stay, which is why we chose this property. Trash bins were also overflowing, and it appeared they had not been fully emptied prior to arrival.Several items were in poor condition (knives bending during use, broken pool sticks), and the listing photos appear outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the property. Also, the showers only produced lukewarm water during our stay.These issues were not disclosed prior to arrival, and we were not offered an option to relocate. Communication from the host was very limited and delayed. For the amount paid for two nights, this experience did not meet our expectations. I would recommend future guests confirm the current condition of the property before booking.

Kitchen fully equipped, even had spices and appliances. A nice home away from home. Our bedroom even had extra stand up fans in the closet that worked perfectly. The only downside was that we arrived and found out the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, in mid November. I reached out to the owners via the app and received a response that the hot tub is not a “hot” tub and it was part of the description details that it’s the same temp as the pool. I do remember specifically looking for places that had a working hot tub and I know I double and triple checked to read all the fine print on the final 3 properties before selecting one to ensure this was a feature we could enjoy during our stay. I did not read that anywhere until after we checked in and I reached out to ask how to turn on the hot tub. I should have read the reviews as someone mentioned it, but had this been full summer weather weekend, this would have been a perfect 5 star stay all the way. I personally loved the location.

We recently stayed for my son’s 16th birthday (seven total). It was the perfect house for group to relax after a day at Fiesta, TX. Plenty of room for all boys to sleep comfortably. Kitchen well stocked to make dinner. Pool was excellent and clean with plenty of outdoor seating and lounging space. Quiet neighborhood and backstop of golf course perfect. Pool table and video game for extra fun! Highly recommend staying here.

Close and convient to family. My family hade a great time. The common rooms worked great to for the entire family. Good space overall. Backyard is also a joy weather permitting of course. Would stay again.

Not sure about the property

I would like to start by saying the communication was stellar. The property itself needed some help. There are several areas of the homes that need some up keep. During our stay there were at least 3 if not 4 vendors that arrived at the property to do things like landscaping, pool work, extermination, etc. that we were not made aware of and since one of the door to enter the property was broken and wouldn’t truly lock we felt obligated to stay in the house more often until the vendors were gone. The property just left a lot to the imagination and the amount of bugs kept us from being outside too much. Maybe I’m just used to a little more when I rent properties but even my property manager friend from SA said it was not what she was expecting and was sad she referred it to me. Hopefully some repairs will be made to make it better.

Much better options

Bottle caps and cigarettes covered the yard. A/C could not cool the house down. Trash cans were already full when we arrived. For the price of this place, you can find a much nicer place. Would not recommend this property.

Good for family

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfortable, the dining table is conveniently large, nice kitchen and good supplies, and the kids loved the game room. Although smart TVs are everywhere now it was great to have that so we can have various platforms to watch tv/movies on. The pool and hot tub were lovely despite it being chilly the week we were there.

RUN DON’T RENT

I’ve rented for over 20 years here on this site and this property is a fail. It’s dirty and the hot tub is 85 degrees per the owners email. Hot tubs are supposed to be 101 or above to enjoy the benefit from it. Don’t advertise you have that amenity if you’re not able to use it. The linens need to be trashed and start over, they are worn out and thread bare. The beds sit too low, not even an average bed height. It’s noisy from the busy street but I did read that in previous reviews so I went in knowing that so can’t blame the homeowner for that. Blinds are broken in places in the master bedroom. Check in was difficult due to code not working nor the lockbox code for the key. Called twice and got a voicemail for help. Finally Brenda, the owner’s secretary called but let’s just say she’s less than hospitable. Killed a roach while in the bathroom. On the plus side if you can overlook all the above, the kitchen and living area are nice. Secretary said he owned 25 properties so I’m only guessing he doesn’t go by and check them or stay overnight to see what his guests are experiencing. I usually give 5 stars to my stays just to give you an idea about how I normally rate my stays. Sorry, this one needs a HUGE over haul.
