The entire property is accessible with your four digit door code. As part of your stay, a damage waiver is included in your booking total. We may also require an additional online check-in using our web-based Hosted Havens Guest Portal. This is to complete, when needed, our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and/or up to $400 security deposit. This process is just like when you check in at the front desk of a hotel or rent a car, except our front desk is online (no app required)! Please note, arrival details will only be sent once these steps are completed and refunds aren't possible if skipped.
