Guest Access:
When you rent out this property, you will have access to the entire property. This is one single private home. You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home - except for one maintenance closet!

The Neighborhood:
Located in the residential area of Castle Hills, you'll find a safe and pleasant neighborhood where you can feel right at home. Plenty of street parking allows for multiple cars. Safety of the neighborhood is great for families to take a morning walk down to shops!

Getting Around:
We recommend a car to get around San Antonio and have plenty of driveway and street parking for multiple cars.

Other Things to Note:
- No parties! If a party is thrown, the police will be called and a fine will be assessed.

- Please drink responsibly. All drinking should occur inside the home in a safe manner.

- Out of respect for our neighbors, please limit noise after 10pm

-The maximum number of guests is 16.

-Unauthorized guests will incur a $50/guest/night fee

- The person that books the property is responsible for any damages that occur during your stay, accidental or not.

- While no one is on premises so that you have entire private access to the property, I am available by phone if you should have any questions or run into any issues.
