Conveniently located on the northwest side of San Antonio between Loop 410 and Loop 1604, the property offers easy access to SeaWorld, Six Flags, shopping, restaurants, and everything San Antonio has to offer — while still giving you the peaceful privacy of your own 5-acre estate.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, patio areas, basketball hoop, kids play area, and surrounding acreage.

No spaces are shared with other guests. You will have complete privacy during your stay.

Please note that a few closets and the garage are reserved for housekeeping supplies.

Other Things to Note

• The pool can be heated upon request at no additional charge. Because it requires extra electricity, we do ask guests to let us know in advance if they would like the pool heated for their stay.
• Child-friendly items, including a high chair and Pack ’n Play, are available.
• We are happy to help customize your stay with decorations, extra fans, and other special requests whenever possible.
• The guest who books the property is responsible for any damages during the stay.
• This is not a party house. Unauthorized parties, loud noise, or disruptive behavior are not allowed.

Perfect property for a large family gathering with a heated pool, spa, bbq area and large smart tvs in every room. Well stocked bathrooms and kitchen with wonderful hosts willing to ensure the property would work ok with a powerchair. Quite location with no loud neighbors plus plenty of deer around.

Amazing accommodations for a family!!!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this property! It had everything we needed PLUS more to host our large family! The home was beautiful, and the pool & jacuzzi was simply amazing. Pictures did not lie, but once you stepped in the front door, it was even more beautiful. Diane was an outstanding host and made us feel so welcomed! Definitely our favorite booking!

This property was absolutely stunning and was more than what we expected. The home so inviting, we just wished it had not rained on our trip but we still made the best of it. The beds all were so comfy and we still got a chance to enjoy the pool when the rain stopped. The Host Diane always answered any questions expeditiously. We booked this house to bring family and friends togther to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. The home had plenty of space and a beautiful patio and backyard that offered lots to do. The hot tub and pool table were fun and our family of 15 slept comfortably. We weren't ready to leave!

Excellent Property!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The listing was a great description of the actual property, and the owners have gone to great lengths to provide over and beyond what is needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked, cold water in the fridge, bags of ice in the freezer, lots of activities for the kids, and a variety of snacks as soon as we arrived. There was plenty of room for our party of 12 and the outdoor area was very nice for breakfast in the early morning or late night cocktails. Texas in July is hot during the day! We would have loved to use the pool more, but it was just too hot to enjoy. We were very pleased with the house, and all it had to offer.

Nice property but bad location

We enjoyed the house and amenities provided but the location was not the best or safest area of San Antonio. The pool and patio area were nice but the property was on a steep hill so you did not have access to 5 acres as described. We did not use the basketball goal because of the drop off. There were many wasps outdoors that we had to try to avoid. They were all over the swing set so we sprayed as best we could but avoided that as well. Would be nice if they had a pantry for our many groceries. The master bedroom had a private bath but the other 3 bedrooms upstairs had to share 1 bathroom. Overall, it was a nice stay with only some inconveniences.
