Perfect location near downtown. The house was clean with a lot of space look exactly like the pictures. Only thing the washer and dryer did not work well but overall i would most definitely recommend and book again

Overall, the home was adequate. It was clean, well decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. As other reviews pointed out, the shower water flow/pressure is horrendous, much worse than any other review mentions. If you think it's not going to be a big deal, think again. It's barely a trickle. There is a noticeable musty odor throughout the house, which explained the multiple plug-in air fresheners around the home. The carpet is no longer serviceable and needs to be replaced. There was only one kitchen garbage bag, which we filled on day one. Toilet paper ran out on day two. There is only one key supplied, which was a hassle because we had two groups doing different activities each day. You had to put the key in the lock box on the side of the house each time you left. I would like to mention that when we arrived at the home, the water supply had been turned off at the street and a lock placed on the shutoff valve. Turned out to be an error with the city. The host was responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to provide a solution.

The washer or the dryer did not work. I had to take my wet clothes out of the washer and wring them out by hand the best I could and then bring my clothes to a laundry mat. The Bedroom with the Queen bed, we were unable to locate the remote to the TV. The room was advertise as a 17 minute walk to the air force base, but doesn't tell you that you couldn't actually walk there unless you wanted to walk your family across a busy highway.

This was a beautiful home! It was about 5 minutes from Lackland base, which was perfect since we were in town for an air force graduation. The rooms were big, and perfectly decorated, and the whole house was clean. The beds did not disappoint, they were comfortable. There is gas station 2 minutes away, perfect for nighttime snack runs. The river walk was about 20 minutes away. The host was very nice and helpful.

The house was comfortable and clean. The bedrooms were equipped with comfortable bedding and pillows. The bathrooms were clean and towels were very soft. The amenities were great. We played with the fuzeball table and sat outside on the front porch. The house was perfect for the amount of people in our family. Great distance from home to Lackland. Easy in and out.

Close to Lackland

Communication was a bit difficult at the beginning as we used vrbo to leave messages. The AC wasn't working and property manager did send someone to fix but after almost 6 hours of being in 93 weather, i asked for a refund. Luckily he owns another home around the corner and he accommodate us there (wish he sent us there in the first place) my grandson was not feeling well in that heat as well as my daughter. The coffee pot didn't work and I really needed coffee. But lovely home and we rested. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location for BMT graduation!!!!

We enjoyed so many things about this stay!! Pros:* location to JBSA - very close to Hi-valley entrance for BMT graduation. *Close to Grocery and convenience stores *clean home and comfy beds *well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and spices ; has a BBQ grill ‱home looks exactly like the photos *quality furniture *minimal check out rules *perfect location for after graduation celebration dinner Cons: *The front door lock was broken and disassembled upon my arrival and maintenance never came to fix it. *we ran out of household supplies on day 2 (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap) very minimal supply upon arrival - one tide pod, one dishwasher pod. Had to go purchase supplies on our own. *backyard is mostly dirt; little grass - we were hopeful to enjoy the weather and hangout outside.Overall I would stay here again as long as the lock gets fixed that’s a safety concern.

Definitely a charming house.

My first time using Vrbo. We attended our daughter’s Air Force volleyball tournament, so the location was great. The house is beautiful, was nice and clean. I gave it a four because of some minor things but I would definitely book this location again.
