• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
• Excessive noise at any time, whether during or outside quiet hours, is prohibited.
Repeated or unresolved noise alerts may result in warnings, fines imposed by booking platforms or local authorities, or immediate termination of the stay without refund, consistent with platform policies.
3. Exterior Video Monitoring
• Exterior security cameras and/or doorbell cameras may be installed outside the home only, such as at entrances, driveways, or parking areas.
• These devices are used solely for security, safety, and occupancy verification.
• No cameras are located inside the home or in any private interior space.
Tampering with, disabling, or obscuring any security or wifi device is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay.
4. Occupancy Limits & Unauthorized Parties
• Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the number stated in the listing.
• Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors are not permitted.

• Guests should exercise caution outdoors, particularly at night.
• Doors and windows should be kept closed when not in use.
Sightings of wildlife do not constitute an emergency or grounds for refunds unless required by law.
7. Smoking, Vaping, and Fire Safety
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outside the home.
• Candles, fireworks, and open flames are prohibited unless expressly authorized.
