Plenty of space.

Property was good, host was very accessible. Didn’t expect the three part reservation as I don’t VRBO much; 1 thru app, 2 property management and 3 identity verification company. Pretty easy check in and out process.

Not what we expected

This house was not what we were expecting. The air conditioner did not work. We contacted the number provided but no one returned our text, calls or emails. We were disappointed to say the least and had to stay in a hotel for our trip, as the house was way to hot to be comfortable in. We also did not think the house was represented accurately in the pictures. The furniture is old and worn. We are leaving 1 star because it’s required

Great Stay

Location was easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. Big enough to accommodate the size of our family. The only drawback was that the AC was not working when we first got there. Kept having to be reset. But with just one call someone did come out and fixed it the next day.

Worst host ever

We checked into the property on a Friday, temperatures were at an alarming low. The house was freezing. We were informed they the heater was broken and they tried to fix it before we arrived but were unsuccessful. So I guess they decided we have their money and it wasn’t their problem. I tried to contact the host and she stated she was busy and out of town. She then later called and said someone went to the house and fixed the old heater. We never saw them. The house did eventually warm up, Saturday night, but by then we had already purchased heaters and extra blankets because the house did not have any, nor did they have washcloths. Our host did not seem to care and neither did the owners, because I asked for them to call and they never did. We made the best out of our situation and we know we will not get reimbursed. The house was nice and clean, but it was a high of 32 degrees with no heat.

Highly recommended

I absolutely loved my stay here at this house. It was so spacious and clean and had everything I needed just like if I was back at home. The location is really awesome neighborhood in North San Antonio but rest assured the nightlife wasn’t too loud at all-every night spent here was comfortable and super relaxing. The team was very communicative and proactive with helping me out whenever I needed assistance. I’d recommend this property to all my friends and family!
