The Space:
Our Samos villas are 50-60 sq. m. each and can host up to 3 persons. They are two-area villas featuring a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a bright sitting area with a fireplace and a sofa-bed, private bathroom with shower, dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. All of our Samos villas in Kerveli stand out for their fine modern décor in harmony with the local architecture and are truly enhanced by the brightness of light.

Guests have full access to their private villa, including a private pool with stunning views of the Gulf of Kerveli. Enjoy the beautifully maintained lush gardens, a private beach exclusive to Nafsika Villas, a ping pong table, and complimentary outdoor parking. Maid service and linen/towel changes are provided twice weekly for added comfort.

ocated in the peaceful area of Kerveli, Nafsika Villas offer a perfect setting for rest and rejuvenation. The area is known for its crystal-clear waters, natural beauty, and quiet ambiance—ideal for relaxing seaside holidays away from the crowds.

Car rentals are available upon request (additional charges apply), making it easy to explore the island’s picturesque villages, scenic coastline, and historical sites at your own pace. Ample outdoor parking is available onsite for your convenience.
