We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for almost a week, and loved it. It was the perfect base for my family to visit Salzburg and the surrounding area.
The apartment inside is huge - big living room, balcony, bathroom, and bedrooms. Everything was modern, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning in Salzburg was nice for the unusual heat wave that was going on (although it is centrally disabled most nights so if it's hot you should open your windows - that's my only complaint). We had a view to the courtyard area and that was really nice.
The location is great - easy walk to Mirabell Palace, and a little further for the rest of old Salzburg. But it's just a block walk to bus stops, and the buses are so frequent and convenient in Salzburg it's better to just take those a few stops to get where you want.
We rented a car for part of our stay, and the parking garage under the building was so convenient. Just drive in and park, tell them your license plate number at the desk, and it's only $25/day. Elevator from the garage goes directly up to the apartment floors. This was one less thing to worry about.
Other amenities - gym and sauna looked nice. There is laundry service - they will do full bags of laundry and not just dry clean for a somewhat reasonable price, although I just walked 3 blocks down the street to take our laundry directly to the cleaners that the hotel uses, this was a little more convenient for time.
