Recent Updates: Casey's Place has received several recent updates including: New furnishings in the great room, conversation area, dining room, new hardwood floors and carpeting throughout, new poly wood deck and poolside furnishings, new resort-style pool loungers, new 7-person hot tub, new full-size arcade console (with 60 games), new bedding and décor, new electronics including 10 new smart TV's ranging from 43”- 85” (streaming Hulu and Netflix on all TV's), surround sound systems for great room and recreation room, new gas cooktop, double ovens, two dishwashers, French door refrigerator, and under-counter wine/beverage cooler. There is also a new refrigerator in the game room and the 4th level Ocean Watch Lounge has all new furnishings and décor.

Ground Level: Of course, dreamy beach days, fishing excursions, and island explorations will be on the itinerary, but so should days spent at the outdoor recreation area featuring a 15' x 30' private pool and lavish 7-person hot tub. It's the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and let your cares wash away. Two gas grills will certainly inspire some fantastic evening BBQs with family and friends, making this an outdoor entertainer's paradise. The ground level also features ample parking, a carport with direct access to the elevator, a 6 ft. privacy fence, enclosed double outdoor showers, and direct access to the beach.

First Level: Just inside, there is a wet bar/kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator in the recreation area that will delight all ages. There's a billiards table, a shuffleboard table, and an arcade-style game console featuring 60 games for those competitors in the group. Additionally, there is a media area with a large sectional and 85-inch Smart TV with surround sound which is perfect for movie nights and entertaining the kids. There's also a laundry area and half-bath on this level. Completing this level are two master bedrooms with ensuite baths and smart TVs: there is one King suite and one Double bunk suite that sleeps 6 (2 single over double bunk sets).

Second Level: Take the elevator or staircase up a level and you'll find 5 more master bedrooms; each with ensuite baths and smart TVs. There are four King suites (one with handicap-friendly features) and one Double bunk suite that sleeps 6 (2 single over double bunk sets). All of the bedrooms have access to the deck. There is also a laundry room and separate office area which features a slider to the oceanside deck allowing natural light to enhance a productive remote workstation.

Third Level: Accessible with the convenience of an elevator, the open-concept great room boasts 20' cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, chic coastal furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that infuse this space with warm casual elegance and natural light. Plentiful and comfortable seating provides an inviting retreat to entertain, play games, or simply enjoy a movie on the Smart TV with surround sound. For all you culinary enthusiasts, the spacious and well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator, under-counter wine/beverage cooler, two dishwashers, microwave, 5-burner gas cooktop, and a double wall oven which make meal preparation an enjoyable affair. Along with the generous dining table, raised bar tools surround the breakfast bar adding extra seating for the whole family at mealtime. Along with a half-bath just off the great room, there is an oceanfront King master suite with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, large tiled shower (dual heads), walk-in closet, private balcony, and 55-inch Smart TV that complete this level.

Fourth Level: Just a few steps up there is an ocean watch lounge which is the ideal retreat to enjoy a good read, quiet respite, or simply enjoy a remarkable view of the Atlantic Ocean or a beautiful sunset over the Pamlico Sound.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
