A half bath is close to the private washer/dryer and an office corner. The fifth bedroom has a bath with a tub/shower and deck access. The top floor great room has cathedral ceilings, pinewood floors, a half bath, professional decorations, an entertainment center with a TV, a gas fireplace, and south-facing sundeck access where you'll have views of the ocean and sound.
