Villa Petramore is a brand new villa with swimming pool just 2.5 km from the beaches of Marina di Pescoluse. In candid and cozy rooms with a modern design, the villa offers up to 6 beds.
The luxury abode is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, laundry room with washing machine, wi-fi internet, alarm and video surveillance system, super-equipped kitchen, TV, etc.
The villa is fully fenced. Pets allowed.

Villa Petramore is a beautiful dwelling surrounded by a well-kept garden full of typical botanical species and paths for strolling in the Salento countryside.
Thepool area is perfect for relaxation, surrounded by the solarium furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers and complete with outdoor shower. Next to the pool area and the villa is a shaded gazebo with canopies and equipped with a barbecue for preparing tasty grills.
The interiors of Villa Petramore have the entrance to a bright living room with two sofas
and TV, onto which opens the kitchen with peninsula, very well equipped
with electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender,
dishwasher.
The sleeping area is introduced by a hallway leading to the 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The furnishings of Villa Petramore are refined and detailed, embellished with elements of fine design.
From the whitewashed terrace you can enjoy views of the sea and the surrounding lush nature, interspersed with dry stone walls.

brand new villa with swimming pool is nestled in the countryside of
Salve, just 2.5 km from the beaches of Marina di Pescoluse, famous for
its long stretches of sand and crystal clear sea.
In summer the resort is lively and offers all the main tourist services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
