Nestled among olive trees and Mediterranean scrub just two minutes by car from the beautiful golden beach of Marina di Pescoluse, there is a small complex consisting of two pretty houses with sea view and internal parking space: Li Cantori and Casa Grazia.
Casa Grazia is the house located at the end of the complex and enjoys a panoramic sea view that ranges from the Marina di Torre Vado to the white beaches of Torre Pali. Here the large, fully furnished wooden porch is embellished with a pretty rock garden and a comfortable brick barbecue. Inside the house has a living area with TV and a kitchen equipped with every accessory, including a convenient dishwasher. Immediately to the right we find the first double bedroom (two single beds joined) with air conditioning, also equipped with a wooden cot and a comfortable internal bathroom with all services. Continuing from the kitchen there is a further double bedroom (two single beds joined) also with air conditioning where there are two more single beds and another bathroom (there is no bidet). Casa Grazia is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends, especially if chosen together with the nearby house Li Cantori. It is an ideal option for those who want a house not too far from the sea but at the same time in a private and quiet area. The complex is in fact located just a few minutes away from the marinas and their fabulous beaches. You will fall in love with its porch and the surprising lights of the Salento sunsets. There is an outdoor shower. Relaxing area with breathtaking sea views.

Please note that the parking and washing machine are shared with the adjacent house.
