This comfortable apartment, with a spectacular view of one of the city’s landmarks — the Farol da Barra lighthouse — is located in a brand-new building that offers all the infrastructure needed for a relaxing and convenient stay.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

In the kitchen, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make daily life easier: a water purifier attached to the faucet, a two-burner induction cooktop with air extractor, sandwich maker, mini-fridge, microwave, blender, Italian coffee maker, espresso machine, and a variety of utensils — so you can prepare anything from a quick snack to a full dinner.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features blackout curtains, a 32” Smart TV, and a clothes rack. The bathroom includes an electric shower, mirror, and hair dryer.

From sipping a cold drink at sunset to working remotely with the sea as your backdrop, the balcony sets the mood — complete with a wine cooler and a cozy pouf for pure Bahia-style relaxation.

You’ll also find an iron and ironing board available, and the shared laundry area in the building makes longer stays even more comfortable.

The space is flexible — the double sofa bed offers a cozy night’s sleep and folds away during the day, opening up the living area and connecting it beautifully to the balcony view.

Every detail has been carefully planned to offer practicality and ease.

There is new construction underway at the neighboring address, and the apartment’s view may have changed during your stay. The building has a café, Seven Wonders Café, which is open daily to make it easy to enjoy quick meals with comfort and convenience.

This apartment does not have a traditional bed.

This vacation rental offers comfort and convenience in a full-service condominium with a variety of leisure and practical amenities. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a hot tub, gym, playground, convenience market, meeting room/coworking space, and laundry facilities upon payment. The gourmet area is available by reservation, and the condominium also features a bike rack.

During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and will not be available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall. During this period, the gym deck will also have restricted access and will not be available to guests.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment but may also be closed on other days if maintenance is required by the condominium administration.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
