Our apartment offers all the comfort and convenience you need for a perfect stay. The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and air conditioning, ensuring peaceful and cool nights. The living room also has air conditioning, providing a pleasant environment to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all essential appliances: refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and a table for your meals. Additionally, you will have a washer-dryer at your disposal, ideal for taking care of your clothes during your stay, as well as an ironing board and iron.

For your entertainment, we have a smart TV in the living room where you can access your favorite streaming apps and enjoy leisure moments.

You will also have access to the condominium's amenities, such as the rooftop with gourmet and fitness spaces, a panoramic infinity-edge pool for common use, a massage room, pet care (exclusive area for pets) and a bicycle storage area.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

Communication with guests is carried out as promptly as possible to ensure they feel welcomed, through the platform and also via phone.
