Getting Around:

Getting to your exclusive flat, in Barra neighborhood is simple and accessible.



From Salvador International Airport, the property is about 28 km (17 miles) away, with a car ride taking 40–50 minutes via Avenida Paralela. Taxis and ride-sharing services are available for a smooth journey.



From the Salvador Bus Station, it’s approximately 10 km (6.2 miles), with a drive time of 25–30 minutes through Avenida ACM. If you’re coming from the ferry terminal after crossing from Itaparica, it’s a 7 km (4.3 miles) trip, taking just 20–25 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Building amenities are mostly allowed for short-term guests, with the exception of the ones that must be reserved/booked with extra payment. Building administration and doormen can give more details of the opening hours, procedures and details for each amenity/feature.



* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.

* No visits are accepted in the apartment nor the building.

* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in

* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours

* Children from 0 to 12 years old are not allowed in the property

* Only listed guests can sleep over

* Intended use is residential only

* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden

* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected

* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra

* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet, nor building facilities closed temporarily for causes outside of our control.

* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.

* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent

* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.



Interaction with Guests:

We are currently doing self check-ins and check-outs and leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
