The space:
There are 3 floors, 3 suites on the 2nd floor and a spacious suite at street level with a total of 4 suites and 5.5 bathrooms. The presidential suite has a one of a kind, must see shower area and perfect for honeymooners! The jacuzzi seats 5 and is on the 3rd floor with a 360 degrees view for a fabulous relaxation time during sunsets. There is a gourmet kitchen with built-in bbq and conveniently located next to a very uniquely shaped pool which offers a nice and spacious shallow area for children and lounging time. There is optional housekeeper and cook during your stay for extra fees. There is a mini market conveniently located by the entrance of the condominium. There is direct access to a vast white sandy beach which at times offers plenty of moonlighting brightness for romantic nightly walks by the ocean. You can see the ocean while lounging by the pool area. The house is perfectly nestled between the tranquility of the ocean life at the front and the exotic Brazilian forest at the back providing the perfect setting for a pleasant and memorable stay.
