Located in Residencial MĂĄrio Quintana on the 8th floor, 550m from Porto da Barra Beach, my space consists of 1 air-conditioned suite, Wi-fi, Smart TV, living room, integrated kitchen and balcony overlooking the city.
The Barra neighborhood is where the main events in Salvador take place and its beaches are considered one of the most beautiful urban beaches in Brazil!
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;
***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the room is as follows:
Suite: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and balcony with a view.
Obs.: Tenemos 1 litera en la sala de estar.
Guests will have access to the entire site and everything the building has to offer in terms of infrastructure. It has a swimming pool, gym and concierge.
