Located on the owner's 280-acre organic farm and nestled in Cornwall's tranquil countryside, this extraordinary contemporary residence, offers a serene escape from everyday life. Meticulously crafted with impeccable attention to detail, this home showcases a captivating interior that seamlessly blends with the breathtaking vistas of the Tamar River Valley. Designed for large family gatherings, it provides an idyllic setting for special occasions. Visitors can enjoy a round of golf at St. Mellion (2 miles) or visit the National Trusts Cotehele House and Gardens (6 miles). Day trips to Plymouth and The Barbican are a must and those wishing to explore some of Cornwall's stunning beaches will not have far to travel. Looe and Polperro are quaint fishing villages which can be found within 20 miles and for those who enjoy sea swimming Tregantle Beach and Portwinkle are less than 15 miles. The popular surfing seaside town of Bude can be found 35 miles away on the North Coast, along with many other beautiful coves and beaches.
