Skyline Peaks 1bd Apt w/ Hot Tub, Gym, & Clubhouse

This brand new one-bedroom apartment offers excellent accessibility & a central location with virtually immediate access to the I-15 corridor and Salt Lake Valley. You’ll have access to all of the complex amenities including multiple hot tubs, clubhouse with arcade games, large gym, and pool (available between May & Sept). During your stay you’ll have complimentary access to the in-unit washer, dedicated remote workspace, and high speed WiFi.

About the Apartment:

Bedroom:
- The king bed in the bedroom offers an inviting, comfortable sleeping experience with our favorite comfort picked 12” hybrid spring-foam mattress.

Living room:
- The living room features a cozy seating area, 55” 4K smart TV, and a sliding door to the covered balcony.

Kitchen:
- The kitchen comes stocked with all the cooking essentials, cookware, dining ware, silverware, & cutlery.
- The spacious island offers seating, storage, & power outlets for a flexible work & living space
- Brand new appliances, including a fridge with an icemaker.

Other in-unit amenities:
- Washer & dryer
- Basic cleaning supplies

Optional add-ons:
- Optional housekeeping service is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for more details.

There is an electronic lock that requires a 4-digit code to both get into the building and into the apartment. You will be sent the check-in details before your arrival, which will contain your own unique 4-digit access codes for both doors. The codes will work 24/7 during the reservation, so you can check in at any point during the evening or night and can come and go at any time without issue.

The TVs are TCL Roku TV`s that have all the streaming apps, but we do not provide account access to any streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc.). Guests will need to login to their own streaming accounts on the TV.

We give guests their space and privacy. But we always have team members on site and are only a message away if any needs arise.

Located on the West side of Draper only 2 minutes off the interstate (I-15), this is a brand new development with exciting amenities and friendly neighbors. A Smiths grocery store and many restaurants are easily accessible within 2-3 minutes.

It is only 17-20 minutes to entrance of Little Cottonwood Canyon (where Snowbird and Alta ski resorts are), and only about 20-22 minutes to the entrance of Big Cottonwood Canyon (where Solitude and Brighton ski resorts are).

Upon arrival, you`ll have access to our house manual which gives you a ton more information about the surrounding area from our perspective as locals, like recommendations for restaurants and fun things to do. If you want any additional info for maximizing your time here, shoot us a message!

We recommend you bring a vehicle to get around, but if that isn`t possible, the Skyline Peaks Apartment complex is only a few minutes from Draper Station, so you can ride the Front Runner and get pretty much anywhere you need to go in the valley. Send us a message if you`d like additional details about how to navigate the public transportation. The ride sharing services (Uber & Lyft) are also very active in the area.

This is a private unit; you`ll be renting out the entire apartment and have the whole thing to yourselves. But all amenities are shared with other guests as well as local residents of the community.

*Please note, we cannot offer any refunds if the complex amenities are closed during your stay. Periodically, amenities may be closed unexpectedly for repairs & maintenance or extra cleaning and ultimately have no control over this.
Complex Amenities:
- Guests are expected to be respectful of residents, other guests, and physical amenities in the complex.
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued if the pool or hot tub are closed for any reason during your stay. Periodically, the pool and/or hot tub get closed unexpectedly for repairs & maintenance or extra cleaning. We understand the disappointment if amenities are closed during your stay, but we have no direct control over the complex amenities or their availability.
-Please note that the main Fitness Gym and all three hot tubs are not located in the same building as our apartments that you will be staying in. They can be accessed in the neighboring Skyline Peaks buildings. Two hot tubs are located in the “Blue Sky” building just across the parking lot, while the Fitness Gym, pool (seasonal) and one hot tub are located in the “Orange Sky” building and are a short walk or quick drive away. Your stay will be in the “Yellow Sky” building which has a yoga fitness center and Arcade/ Sports Lounge as part of the amenities.
-All amenities require a key fob for access, which will be provided in your apartment. Guests are expected to return this keyfob at the end of their stay. If the keyfob is found damaged, missing, or otherwise not returned the guest will be charged with an expensive replacement fee. As mentioned, guests will need to step outside and walk or drive over to the hot tubs, but they are conveniently located within the Skyline Peaks community for easy access.
-Once you complete your reservation an amenities map will be given prior to your arrival to show the locations of all amenities spread out amongst the three Skyline Peaks buildings.

Parking
- Guests are required to park in the designated parking spaces or uncovered parking space. Unauthorized guests parking in the garage or covered parking space may be towed at the guest’s expense.

Check-in and Check-out times:
- Check-in is after 3:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am prompt, unless late check out has been discussed and agreed upon in advance. Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 10:30am or later will be charged an additional $50 per hour.

Quiet Hours:
- Guests need to be quiet and respectful to their neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10pm - 8am.

No Parties:
- Strictly no parties, events, or unapproved gatherings on the premises. Fines of up to $100/unapproved guest may be charged.

No Smoking:
- Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking, tobacco, vaping, or marijuana permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500 fee without question, plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.

No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
- Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.

No Pets:
- Please note that pets are not permitted in this property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $200 fine per animal.

Cleaning:
- We simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close family or friend by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply.

Infant & Children Supervision:
- Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.

Trash:
- A rubbish bin is provided in each unit as well as rubbish bags under the kitchen sink as well as Please place these bins in the hallway for collection according to the provided schedule so as to not let garbage overflow.

Broken or Stolen Property:
- Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.

Inspections:
- The host can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.

Lost & Forgotten Items:
- Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.

Noise
