Pro: Mattress was nice. Con: Sheets are not cotton. I was disappointed in the general upkeep and cleanliness of this apt. It felt like the focus was on maximizing profit (cutting corners to save ) and not on guest experience. I was a VRBO owner/mgr for 8 years
.Sofa was very worn, soiled and uncomfortable. Dirty kitchen utensils, and lack of baking dishes were unsatisfactory for a Thanksgiving stay.

We just spent Family Weekend at David's condo and had a great time. Check in instructions were clear and straight-forward, super easy. No car on this trip so I can't comment on the garage parking but there was an opener on the counter and key fob for exterior door access. The condo is in a great location just across from the SLC Library (beautiful building, nice rooftop terrace) and a block from the historic city hall. Salt Lake is known for it's long blocks but it was a quick walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Campus was 10-15 mins away by Uber.The unit is on the 4th floor and has a nice view to downtown from the balcony. The unit faces a quieter street so you don't get much noise. Inside, it was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen (K-cup were provided for coffee). Bathroom was good, shower gets hot quick! The bedroom has blackout curtains and the bed was firm but comfortable. We ended up folding out the hide-a-bed in the living room to relax in the evening and watch movies. There were plenty of towels and linens/blankets available. Laundry and soap were in the unit and since we were traveling onward from here it was a bonus to leave with clean clothes.Overall a great stay, no concerns or issues whatsoever. We've stayed in a handful of places in SLC over the past couple of years and they've all been great; this was perfect as well. And the bonus is it wasn't dynamic priced for Family Weekend, that was much appreciated!

I would just add to the good reviews by saying that there is street noise at night and it did keep us awake, along with the unit above stomping around until after midnight, but I expected as much. I could not have handled more than three nights, but for our needs it was a good choice. I also felt the bed was pretty horrible, a latex topper would make a world of difference. But I saw many reviews saying it was comfortable so to each their own! I could not wait to get home to my quiet comfortable bed. But the building itself was very quiet, hardly saw another person, and getting in and out was easy.

A near perfect VRBO experience. The room was clean and spacious with a great kitchen and a “Smiths” grocery store a few blocks away, which allowed me to mostly “eat in”. The check in process was very simple and communication with the host was the best I think I’ve ever had - responses within minutes. It was a 4 minute drive to the downtown area (temple square, state capitol, and convention center) and it was really nice to have the parking included. Balcony was modest but nice for getting work done in the mornings.

This property is located in central downtown SLC, which was perfect for our stay. Many places are walking distance or a short drive. The property had all basic necessities. It was easy to get in/out of building. Nice to have access to garage parking in downtown SLC!

Great, centrally located condo!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Centrally located to ski resorts in the Ogden Valley, as well as the Cottonwood Canyons. So much to do downtown. Unit was clean, property manager was attentive, and overall had a great stay!

I rented this condo for a snowboarding trip. It was perfectly located, secured but easy to enter with the host’s instructions, the host was a great communicator and I was able to check in a little early. The location is safe and near all the downtown fun, restaurants and more! Additionally, the condo has all the amenities needed for a quick or long stay.

Home away from home

I was working locally on a project for 2 months and this place was nice and cozy to live in during my time in SLC. The Property Manager was always attentive to my needs during my stay and I would definitely room here again the next time I visit Salt Lake City.
