★ PLEASE NOTE ★
The property consists of 3 separate living spaces. Two of these are located in the main house, including an upstairs and basement apartment. The Private Guesthouse is detached from the main house and located at the rear of the property. The front door is situated under the RV carport. While each space is independent, ensuring privacy for all guests, please note that the backyard and parking areas are shared. The walkways are also shared, but each unit has its own private entrance.

GUEST ACCESS:

The guesthouse in the back is a separate unit from the home in the front. The home is not accessible to your group. The backyard area and parking areas are shared.

We ask you to treat our home with respect to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be confirmed with the host and any extra guest fees must be paid, if applicable, before arrival.

Please refrain from smoking during your stay! Any smoking evidence will incur a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ HOUSE RULES ★
1. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Registered and Approved guests only on the property. No parties/events. Maximum occupancy is 11 guests unless you’ve received prior approval, and the extra guest fee has been paid if applicable.

2. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the other guests on the property and the neighbors at all times, including daytime noise levels.

3. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: Smoking or drug use indoors is strictly prohibited. If you choose to smoke outside, it must be done on the at the top of the stairs, away from the guesthouse. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. A minimum of $500 will be charged if smoke remediation is required.

4. SHARED SPACES: As noted in the listing, the parking and backyard are shared spaces with the main house renters, and their pets.

5. PARKING: Parking instructions must be followed. We have parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the back parking area via the second driveway. As a reminder, this parking area is shared with guests from the main house. No street parking is allowed.

6. PETS: All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on beds/furniture. Guests must provide their own pet bedding and clean up after their pets. Additional cleaning charges will apply for pet hair on linens or excessive cleaning required.

Cozy guesthouse close to everything

We stayed here for a week while visiting our son. The house is so cute and has everything 2 people could need. Perfect for dogs as well. It was very clean. The living room and dining area are large. Gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. Definitely recommend this place
