Getting Around:
There is one garage parking space for you. Street parking is also available. Trax is a short 3 block walk away.

Parking was very safe and easy to access. We wanted something close to the University of Utah and this was great. We were in town for family weekend at the U. Condo was very clean, had everything we needed and the coffee stocked with creamer was a bonus.

Charming and quiet 2 bedrooms apartment with secure indoor parking. Easy access to freeways and shopping plazas. It was perfect for my group of 3 for a few days visiting Salt Lake City. I appreciate the fast and detailed response from host Sonda and Ken.

A cute place to stay in SLC

We stayed here for three nights to go to the Monster Jam World finals. We loved having in closed parking, it gave us massive piece of mind as we mostly Ubered to our destinations. Unit was in a nice location and well taken care of. Host was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying with them. We absolutely loved our stay.

Short getaway

This apartment was perfect for my family of 5 for a quick getaway. It was close tot he city and the mountains. I would recommend it to anyone who prefers a VRBO over a single hotel room.

This two br was perfect for our two night stay. Clean, modern, location was great for us. Heated garage with private spot. In & out is a little quirky, but once you figure it out it’s easy.

Love the condo. The secure garage was an added bonus. was very confused when we checked in as to how we were supposed to get in was not in the app. I think that this condo is appropriate for a family with two children. Wish there would have been direction in the condo of how to handle the trash, the sheets and towels great trip with by all

Very convenient, clean and reasonably priced.

Overall, we enjoyed staying here quite nicely. The place has parking and is convenient (within 5-10m drive) to all downtown and university. It's also an easy walk to Liberty Park, a wonderful city park w/ aviary. Grocery, quick bites & fine restaurants abound nearby. Sometimes, the homeless do, too. However, we never felt unsafe. The streets are well lit with plenty of health. We stayed for just over a week to see our niece off to college! I was with spouse, mom and one adult child (one of us slept in the living room). Was very cozy, but comfortable. The unit was clean and well supplied for cooking and keeping things clean. The laundry unit was small, but efficient. The outside 'balcony' is too small to linger (and the flooring seemed rotting), but it was nice enough to open the sliding glass door for a breath of fresh air. We did run out of toilet paper, the owner kindly compensated. 7-11 is right next door. The parking was a little tight (we had a large rental suv), and the initial garage/lockbox initially a little tricky (press and hold hard!) ... but overall the place was relaxing and enjoyable enough for us all week! Would recommend.
